气液联动阀的工作原理

气控针阀是以天然气或独立供气作为动力,液压油作为传动介质驱动管线阀门开启和关闭的机构,是保障油气管线安全运行的设备。

气控针阀直接取自主管线的高压天然气,天然气经过滤之后,无需任何减压,通过高压梭阀和单向阀直接进入储气罐储存。采用集成模块、大流量、高压设计技术,使较少的控制元件承受高压,延长密封件的寿命、减少配管、减少系统泄漏点,从而提高设备的整体安全性。

The gas control needle valve directly takes the high pressure natural gas from the independent pipeline. After the gas is filtered, no pressure reduction is needed, and the gas reservoir is stored directly through a high pressure shuttle valve and a one-way valve. Using integrated modules, large flow and high voltage design technology, less control components to withstand high pressure, prolong the life of seals, reduce piping, reduce system leakage, thereby improving the overall safety of the equipment.
