容积式电动增压泵的工作“主轴”

容积式电动泵是依靠高速旋转的齿轮、旋板等的机械作用,对液体强行压挤而使液体的压力和流速增大。齿轮泵具有结构简单、工作可靠、制作容易、价格低廉等特点,因而在航空上有着广泛的应用。

齿轮泵有一对相互啮合的齿轮安装于壳体内部,齿轮的两端面靠端盖密封。齿轮把壳体内分为互不相通的A腔和B腔,在壳体上开有两个孔,分别和A腔、B腔相通。

当齿轮按方向旋转时,在A腔,由于一对齿脱开,使该腔容积逐渐增大,形成局部真空,油箱中的油液在外界大气压力的作用下,经油管、壳体进入A腔,吸到A腔齿间的油液在密封的空间中,随齿轮转动沿壳体内壁带入B腔填满油液的齿间,由于齿的啮合,使该腔容积逐渐减少,把齿间油液挤压出去,曰腔就是增压油腔。当齿轮不断旋转,则A、B两腔不断地压、吸油和排油,这就是齿轮泵的工作原理。
 气体增压泵
