快速型增压缸的使用的阶段特点

1.快速推进阶段:在快进气缸上腔通入压缩空气,此时其下腔口连通空气,同时增压缸储油桶通过补油阀从油箱快速补油到油缸上腔,油缸下腔油液流回油箱。直到快进活塞杆接触上件,快进推力与阻力达到平衡,快进气缸停止并保压。

At the same time, the oil tank of the pressurized cylinder is quickly filled from the tank to the tank of the oil tank through the oil filling valve, and the oil fluid in the lower chamber of the cylinder flows back to the tank. Until the fast piston rod contacts the upper part, the forward thrust and resistance are balanced, and the fast forward cylinder stops and keeps pressure.

3. 快速复位阶段:增压工进结束,在快进气缸D口和增压气缸下腔B口同时通压缩空气,两缸上腔A,C口通空气,增压气缸快速返回;同时被油阀连通增压油缸与油箱,在快进气缸活塞的带动下,增压油缸上腔排油,下腔补油直到快进气缸到位,至此,气液增压缸的一个工作过程结束,下个过程程重复以上动作。
